Currently the Project Manager for Milborne Real Estate Inc. Pre construction Condominium market in Toronto. Milborne has been around for over 30 years and has sold over 500 developments, consitstently holding a 12-15% market share within the industry. Milborne has sold over 50,000 units, representing over 10 billion dollars in sales.

Role: Create sales strategies, pricing, work alongside designers for floor plans and advertising, legals, help organize events, place proper sales people on site, build relationships with various developers, clients and agents.

Projects I’ve been involved in: Nicholas Residences, Bisha Hotel and Residences, NEON, Skycity, Imperial Plaza, Treviso, L Tower, Backstage, B Streets, Yorkville Plaza

All sites sell extremely well within over 60% in sales within the first few months. Also active in the resale market, focusing primarily on condominium re sales and pre construction. I get first access to many and most of the new projects since I have built relationships with various developers and agents.
